All appetizers are priced a la carte but can easily be incorporated into any of our menu package options. Pricing is based upon tier choice and when applicable, season availability.
Tier 1
- Seasonal Fruit Cascade : Fresh seasonal fruit containing a variety of melons and berries served with a yogurt dipping sauce
- Vegetable Display: Brimming with fresh vegetables including cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, carrots, celery and olives served with an onion dipping sauce
- Spinach Dip Bread Bowl: A homemade spinach dip served in a bread bowl surrounded with a variety of fresh bread slices
- Bruschetta Bites: A traditional Italian starter with fresh tomatoes, herbs and parmesan cheese on a garlic toasted baguette slice
- Creamy Brie en Croute: Layered with either pesto or roasted garlic and wrapped in a puff pastry, served with toasted French baguette
- Raspberry Brie Tartlets: Creamy brie and raspberry on a toast cup
- Onion Tartlets: Herbed flat bread topped with creamy goat cheese and sweet Maui onions caramelized with a hard cider
Tier 2- Antipasti Tray: An abundance of olives, marinated sweet peppers and cured Italian meats
Cheese Platter: An assortment of international cheeses including brie, gouda, Point Reyes blue and gruyere
- Fried Ravioli: Bite-sized ravioli filled with ricotta, parmesan and asiago cheeses breaded and fried, served with a marinara sauce
- Crab Dip: A molded crab dip served with a variety of crackers
- Hot Blue Cheese Dip: Hot creamy Point Reyes blue cheese dip topped with toasted walnuts and served with toast points
- Mex-Tex Won Tons: A won ton skin filled with ground beef, cheese and bean, fried to a deep golden brown and served with a fresh salsa
- Crab Rangoons: Fresh Dungeness crab and cream cheese wrapped in a won ton skin and fried, served with hot chinese mustard and sweet and sour sauce
- Cocktail Meatballs or Wieners: Tasty little meatballs or little smoky cocktail wieners simmered in a tangy sauce
- Tea Sandwiches: A variety of traditional English tea sandwiches including cucumber with a dill cream cheese spread or olive tapenade
- Hot Artichoke Dip: A traditional hot artichoke dip served hot with garlic toast points
Tier 3
- Chicken Cake: A great alternate for non-seafood eaters, made with fresh chicken breast, parmesan cheese and red and green bell peppers, served with a spicy aioli sauce
- Spiral Wraps: Your choice of: A roast beef spiral with an herb cream cheese spread and smoky provolone cheese wrapped in a spinach tortilla; A grilled chicken spiral with a cheese spread, green chilies and olives in a chile tomato tortilla; or A grilled ham spiral with a cheese spread, black olives and green onions in a flour tortilla
- Chicken Salad Cups: Fantastic homemade chicken salad in bite-size puff pastry cups
- Mini Quiche: Your choice of: Mushroom, bacon and cheese in a flaky crust or Spinach, red pepper and feta cheese in a flaky crust
