- Honey Roasted Ham: A slow roasted ham glazed with honey and brown sugar
- Prime Rib: Slow roasted with our own special seasoning blend, serve medium
- Roasted Pork Loin: Pork loin crusted in coriander and anise and pan seared, may be served en croute
